1Who we are
These Terms govern every purchase and every use of coreboosts.org, our Discord server and the software, license keys, accounts and other digital products we sell ("Products"). The seller is the operator of Coreboosts ("Coreboosts", "we"), reachable at support@coreboosts.com and through our Discord server. By creating an account, opening a ticket or placing an order you accept these Terms.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3Products
We sell digital goods: software licenses (license keys), time-limited access to tools, and other digital items as listed on the site. Each Product page states the duration (for example 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, Lifetime) and the current status of the Product. Product names, features, prices and availability may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
4Orders and payment
- An order is placed when you complete checkout. The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment and deliver the Product.
- We accept cryptocurrency (currently BTC, LTC, ETH and SOL) and any other method shown at checkout.
- Crypto payments must be sent in the exact amount, to the exact address shown for your order, on the correct network. Network fees are paid by you. Payments are matched automatically: underpaid orders stay unpaid until the difference arrives, overpayments are credited to your store balance.
- Funds sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or after the payment window has expired cannot be recovered by us.
- Exchange rates are fixed when the order is created and refreshed if the payment window expires.
5Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, immediately after confirmed payment, to your account dashboard, by Discord direct message and/or in your support ticket. If a Product is out of stock or requires manual delivery, the Product page or checkout says so and delivery takes place within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
6Licenses
- A license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product for the purchased duration. The duration starts when the key is first activated, unless the Product page says otherwise.
- Keys are bound to your hardware (HWID) on first activation. You can reset the binding twice per 24 hours through the self-service panel in our Discord server; further resets are granted by staff at their discretion.
- Keys may not be shared, resold, published or used on more machines than permitted. Sharing a key voids it without refund and closes the account.
- Trial keys, vouch rewards, gift codes, daily rewards and other free items have no monetary value, may be limited or withdrawn at any time, and are never refunded or exchanged.
7Acceptable use
You will not: reverse engineer, decompile, modify, repackage or redistribute any Product; interfere with or circumvent our licensing, anti-piracy or payment systems; use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to abuse promotions, trials or rewards; harass staff or other customers; or use our services for any unlawful purpose. Violations lead to termination of all licenses and accounts without refund.
8Third-party platforms and risk
Our Products are used together with third-party software and platforms that we do not control. Using our Products may violate the terms of those platforms and may result in restrictions, suspensions or bans of your accounts there. You use our Products at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with the rules that apply to you.
We do not guarantee that any Product is or remains undetected, compatible with your system, or available without interruption. The status shown on the Product page (for example Available, Restocking, Unavailable) is the only statement we make about a Product's current condition.
9Availability and updates
Products may be updated, paused or taken offline at any time, for example after a platform update. We aim to restore Products quickly but give no fixed timelines. Compensation for downtime is handled exclusively under our Refund Policy (Products offline for more than 72 consecutive hours).
10Reseller program
Resellers receive keys for resale under a separate agreement and these Terms. Reseller keys are sold as-is to the reseller, may be limited to specific Products and durations, and are non-refundable. Resellers are responsible for their own customers.
11Support
Support is provided through tickets in our Discord server. First-line replies may be generated by an automated assistant. It can look up your licenses, reset HWID bindings and hand the ticket to staff, but it cannot grant refunds or make binding promises. Decisions on refunds, replacements and account actions are made by staff only.
12Intellectual property
All Products, software, branding, text and images are owned by Coreboosts or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
13Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts and licenses, with or without notice, for breaches of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, abuse of staff, or where required by law. Prepaid durations are not refunded after a termination for cause.
14Warranty and liability
- Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability and non-detection by third-party systems.
- We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable, typical damage, which never exceeds the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
- We are not liable for the loss of accounts, bans or restrictions on third-party platforms, lost profits, lost data or indirect damages.
15Indemnification
You will indemnify Coreboosts against claims, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or from your use of the Products in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
16Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on coreboosts.org applies to orders placed after its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17Governing law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the seat of the operator.
18Contact
If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy form the entire agreement between you and us. Questions: support@coreboosts.com or a ticket in our Discord server.
